A talented horse that has shown a fair amount of ability, he was stakes placed as a 2yo when 3rd in The Listed Welcome Stakes. He has had a few little injuries and issues in the mean time, not least of which was a heart fibrillation in a race during New Zealand Cup week.
He has taken a while to get right and it has been a top training effort from Lisa Latta to work him out and get him putting his best foot forward. He is a horse that is now on the up and gaining confidence. His coat though is starting to turn, so we will put him out now for a winter spell and bring him back for spring racing.
He is a horse with a long stride and we feel he will be best over further than the 1400 metres he won over when he returns as a 4yo.
