It is a very exciting time of the year with the Karaka Yearling Sales starting this Sunday the 25th of January.
This is the sale where we have bought six Group 1 winners, including two from last season, the great ATISHU in the Empire Rose Stakes at Flemington and MAISON LOUIS, the Queensland Derby winner. The sale comes on the back of wonderful success last season, where we returned over NZ$10 million to owners through prizemoney and sales.
With record prizemoney in Australia and massive boosts to New Zealand prizemoney, it has never been a better time to buy.
We have brought international bloodstock agent Stuart Boman to New Zealand again this year to work exclusively with us as an integral part of the selection team. We will be using groundbreaking biometrics, geometrics, pedigree and vendor analysis on the yearlings to assess their future performance. These tools give us a significant edge.
We will be buying for our trainers in New Zealand and Australia and would love to have you involved in our 2026 yearlings.
