Savabeel x Key To Success Yearling Colt

Savabeel x Key To Success Yearling Colt
Champion sire, Stunning colt, Great package

An absolute cracker of a colt by an out and out champion sire. SAVABEEL is a phenomonen siring almost 15% stakes winners to winners and is now closing in on 800 individual winners. He sires Derby winners like SANGSTER, WFA stars such as LUCIA VALENTINA and 2YO Karaka Million winners. He is a sire that can do anything.

This colt is a good size, a great mover and has a superb pedigree. He is simply a wonderful package. He is out of the young Thorn Park mare KEY TO SUCCESS that is a half-sister to the 3 x Group winner and 4 x Group one placed LADY KIPLING (also by Savabeel) so it is a proven cross.  He had a wonderful attitude and was bombproof on inspections. She is also a half-sister to Lady Chapel, who was stakes placed in the Wellesley Stakes in the spring of her two-year-old year and his second Dam is the Group placed Akela, so he has a serious pedigree.

He looks all over a Derby colt, but being by Savabeel, you wouldn’t rule him out of anything, particularly as Lady Chapel was a very good two-year-old.  He is a striking horse and will be very popular.

In my opinion, the best Savabeel colt in the sale. He is the only Savabeel colt to get my highest rating of two ticks. A stand out Derby horse.
